Lobby Mode

What's changed

• We've added a customisable subtitle to the title with the building name.

• Added a possibility to define column names in the configuration file.
• Floor selector accent colour can be customised too.
• Floor space availability widgets can be hidden on floor rows as applicable. New config option ShowAvailability has been added to control this.
• Layout is adjusted to increase the number of floors shown on the single page.
• Added the floor description field.
• The new Announcements_Delay config allows setting the length of time that the app waits before rotating the carousel to the next announcement.

What's fixed

• Inspire now shows correct numbers of available spaces and corresponding correct colours for charts. Not enabled spaces are now correctly filtered out.

Floor Mode

What's fixed

• Resolved the stability issue that caused the app to crash.
  If the floor maps are slow to respond, report the issue to your IBSS representative to further optimise your maps.

• Date is properly displayed in Japanese version of the app.
• Default theme works as it was set up.
• After setting up the Inspire app, the company logo is displayed as expected.
• When editing the booking, time picker defaults correctly to initial booking start and end times and end time picker doesn't show duplicate minutes any more.

Floor Mode V2

What's new

• New improved wayfinding functionality: searching for spaces on floors across the building.
• Ability to login and create booking for spaces where the user has permissions to book.
• The space information popup reflects the one in Flex.
• Organisation can choose to broadcast announcements, users can scroll between them on Inspire.
• Many other customisation options are available.
• The default booking end time can be set under Search_End_Default_Time. If not set, the default booking time will be set to 1 hour.

Known issue

• When booking for now, the AM/PM selector resets to AM regardless of the current time.

Notes

⚠️ After upgrading the Inspire app and if the log-in feature is enabled, logged-in users will see only those bookings that were created after the time of upgrade.

⚠️  If the user logs in on Inspire, it will show bookings only on floors that are configured.
